The program opens up opportunities for 1,000 students to access real-life working environments from their first years of university at top 100 Vietnamese enterprises in 2026.
Accordingly, each year, students can participate in 3 terms, each term UEH.ISB cooperates with 4 businesses, bringing the total number of partners in the year to 12 businesses in the top 100 best places to work in Vietnam.
By participating in the program, students will experience working on project requirements lasting from 2-4 weeks, with standardized tasks based on real business processes.
A key differentiator of the Externship Talent Accelerator is that students will present reports and receive direct feedback from corporate management. Students will also be graded by management based on real results.
This is something that many traditional internship programs fail to do, as most students only work with front-line staff and are rarely directly evaluated by hiring or operational managers.

At the event, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Ha Minh Quan, Principal of UEH.ISB Talent School, emphasized that the activity will create a bridge between teaching-experience-assessment, helping students shape their career thinking early and clearly understand their strengths and areas that need improvement.
This contributes to improving output quality and increasing students' competitiveness in the context of a rapidly changing labor market.
In the coming time, UEH.ISB will continue to strive to build a sustainable tripartite cooperation model between school-enterprise-professional unit, creating a solid foundation for Vietnamese students to adapt faster and be more proactive in an era of constantly changing skills.
