Group 2: Every year, the Union at all levels helps 400 households escape poverty and near-poverty; supports 1,000 women business owners, cooperative managers, and household business owners to improve their knowledge and capacity. By the end of the term, mobilize and support the establishment of at least 3 new cooperatives and cooperative groups with women participating in management. Results: Achieved the target of helping households escape poverty and near-poverty and exceeded the target of supporting women to improve their knowledge of starting a business by 35%; exceeded 666% of support for the establishment of cooperatives and groups with women participating in management.
Group 3: Every year, each branch mobilizes and supports at least 1 more household to meet the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean family" (for areas under new rural construction) or "5 yes, 3 clean family" (for areas under advanced/model new rural construction); registers with the Party Committee and authorities at least 1 practical work project in the program of building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; 100% of branches implement the model of "Classifying, processing, and treating waste at home" associated with maintaining the effectiveness of the model of "Turning waste into money". Result: Achieved the contents in the target group; for the annual target, each branch mobilizes and supports at least 1 more household to meet the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean family" exceeding 46%.
Group 4 indicators: 90% of Women's Unions in communes, wards and towns and above have established one cultural and sports club with women as the core and maintained regular activities. Result: Exceeded 55% of the target.
Group 5 indicators: By the end of the term, mobilized over 96% of members and women to participate in health insurance; 85% of women and girls who were victims of domestic violence and victims of human trafficking who returned and were discovered were supported. Result: Target achieved.
Group 6: Membership growth rate increased by 1% compared to the previous year; each Association has at least 1 specific women's gathering model. Result: Target achieved.
Group 7 indicators: Every year, 100% of branch heads improve their knowledge and working skills; 100% of full-time Association officials at all levels are proficient in using basic software in Association work, applying information technology and implementing digital transformation in organizing Association activities. Result: Achieved targets.
Group 8 indicators: Every year, the Provincial Women's Union presides over the supervision of at least one policy and participates in social criticism of at least one draft document related to women, children, family, and gender equality; each district and commune Women's Union supervises at least one policy and comments on at least one draft document of the Party Committee and government; by the end of the term, successfully proposes at least one policy or project related to women. Result: Achieved target.
Group 9 indicators: Each Association branch introduces at least 1 member/year for the Party to consider admission. Result: Exceeding 51% of the target.
