99.95% of administrative procedure files under the Department's jurisdiction are received online, fees are paid online, 100% of administrative procedure files are processed online in the electronic environment. 100% of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction and management of the Department (102 provincial-level administrative procedures and 38 commune-level administrative procedures) are subject to a Decision issued by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to announce the list of administrative procedures and approve the internal process in handling administrative procedures under the one-stop and one-stop mechanism.
100% of newly issued, amended, supplemented, and abolished administrative procedures have had their list announced by the Provincial People's Committee, and 100% of newly issued, amended, supplemented, and abolished administrative procedures have had their internal procedures approved by the Provincial People's Committee in handling administrative procedures under the one-stop, one-stop mechanism.
Results of receiving and handling administrative procedures from December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025: total number of received 6,197 records (of which directly received: 03 records, online received: 6,174 records, 20 records transferred from the previous period) resolved 6,191 records, of which: resolved before the deadline 3,465 records, on time 2,726 records, records returned via public postal service 732 records, late 0 records, under review 06 records.

In 2025, the Department reviewed and proposed a plan to simplify and reduce the processing time of administrative procedures and was approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to reduce the processing time of 29 provincial-level administrative procedures with a reduction rate of 18.1%; 21 district-level administrative procedures with a rate of 33.3% and 01 internal administrative procedure of the Department of Finance with a reduction rate of 21%;
Deploy the work of receiving and handling feedback and recommendations from people and businesses on administrative procedures; review and summarize difficulties, obstacles and inadequacies in implementing regulations related to business activities according to Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP dated May 12, 2020 of the Government ; publicly and fully post the content of the set of administrative procedures, how to submit documents and receive results, document components, implementation process, implementation time, fees and charges for each administrative procedure at the Provincial Administrative Procedure Processing Information System, and at the same time publicly post on the Department's website and publicly post by QR code at the Department of Finance, at the Lang Son Provincial Public Administration Service Center. Provide guidance for businesses to submit administrative procedures online and make online payments via zalo, utraview, creating the most favorable conditions for businesses and investors when implementing administrative procedures of the Department of Finance.
