VNACCS/VCIS system has returned to normal operation.

Specifically, the implementation of customs procedures on the VNACCS/VCIS automatic customs clearance system was not possible, continuously reported errors, and at times was almost paralyzed, causing difficulties for businesses and shipping lines, making it impossible to deliver goods as planned, and incurring a series of warehouse costs.

The General Department of Customs said that immediately after receiving feedback from businesses, the agency promptly identified the cause and organized work with related businesses to ensure stable operation of the VNACCS/VCIS system.

“Based on working with businesses, the General Department of Customs has deployed technical and professional measures. Accordingly, by 00:00 on November 25, 2023, the VNACCS/VCIS system has been operating normally,” said the General Department of Customs.
