The project to build a food safety system (FSS) was implemented from April 2025, and immediately after that, the hotel continued to upgrade its operations according to ISO 22000:2018 standards - a clear demonstration of innovation and rapid transformation.

The departments have worked closely together to establish GHPs, 5S programs, and develop HACCP plans that meet HACCP Codex standards and ISO 22000:2018 requirements. In just under 2 months, more than 60 standards and documents were issued, the warehouse - equipment - control system was fully standardized, and nearly 100 hours of training were organized.
SGS assesses that very few hotels have achieved ISO 22000:2018, and Mai House Saigon has done it thanks to the spirit of cooperation, commitment from leaders to staff, and a sustainably nurtured food safety culture.
