Opening of the Sports Festival to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security Staff Force

The leaders presented souvenir flags to representatives of participating units.

This sports festival has the participation of more than 200 athletes from the Police of provinces in Competition Cluster No. 5 including: Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh , Quang Tri.

At the sports festival, athletes will compete in 4 sports: Soccer, Badminton, Table Tennis and Pickleball. These are all sports that require agility, dexterity, endurance, tactical thinking and team spirit. Through this, not only will they train their health but they will also cultivate the necessary qualities of a staff officer: calmness, precision, smooth coordination, and flexibility in handling all situations.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the sports festival, Colonel Tran Ngoc Tuan, Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Police, emphasized that the Sports Festival to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Public Security Staff Force of Emulation Cluster No. 5 was organized to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere, encourage the movement of physical training, improve health among officers and soldiers of the Staff Force; strengthen the relationship of solidarity, cohesion, exchange and learn from experiences between the Public Security of the provinces in Emulation Cluster No. 5; select the football team and excellent athletes to participate in the final round of the Sports Festival of the Staff Force in the entire force.

The athletes gave the audience many beautiful and exciting plays.

At the same time, through the competition to discover and nurture positive cores and factors, contributing to the development of the physical education and sports movement in the Public Security Staff force to become increasingly in-depth, practical and effective. The sports festival is an opportunity to continue to affirm and concretize the motto "Healthy to protect the Fatherland, healthy to serve the people".

The sports festival takes place over 3 days (from December 1, 2025 to December 3, 2025).
