Opening of the traditional festival of Dong Tri communal house

On the morning of November 1, Tran Lam ward held the opening ceremony of the traditional festival of Dong Tri communal house in 2025.

The festival took place over 3 days (November 1-3), commemorating Saint Duong Khong Lo and the three Great Kings: Dong Hai Dai Vuong, Nam Hai Dai Vuong and Dung Duoc Dai Vuong. Immediately after the opening ceremony, delegates and people attended the procession of the Saint, the procession of the village chief priest and the naturalization ceremony according to traditional customs. During the festival days, there were many exciting activities such as: chess competitions, badminton, tug of war, mass cultural exchanges and the neighborhood groups taking turns offering incense at the communal house.

The festival is an opportunity to educate the tradition of "Drinking water, remember its source", arouse national pride, contribute to preserving and promoting the value of cultural heritage, at the same time create a joyful atmosphere, connect the community, promote the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in the locality.
