(NADS) – On the evening of November 7, the opening ceremony of the International Film Festival Ha Noi The 7th HANIFF (HANIFF VII) took place at the Hoan Kiem Theater, Hanoi. The event had the participation of many delegates and famous domestic and international artists.
Phát biểu khai mạc Liên hoan phim, Thứ trưởng Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Tạ Quang Đông nhấn mạnh: “Liên hoan phim quốc tế Hà Nội trải qua 6 kỳ và kỳ thứ VII tiếp tục mở ra cơ hội hợp tác quốc tế, giúp các nhà làm phim Việt Nam gặp gỡ và trao đổi, học hỏi kinh nghiệm với các đạo diễn, nhà sản xuất, nghệ sĩ điện ảnh quốc tế, đồng thời tiếp cận xu hướng và công nghệ làm phim tiên tiến, phục vụ việc sản xuất phim chất lượng cao. LHP cũng là dịp để những người làm nghề trên world meet, exchange and cooperate through activities at the Film Festival".

Participating in the categories at the Festival include: 11 feature films; 19 short films; 7 films in the German Cinema Focus Program; 39 films in the World Cinema Panorama Program; 33 films in the Contemporary Vietnamese Film Program; 9 films in the Film Program celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital.
Hanoi audiences have the opportunity to enjoy free movies at the following cinema systems: National Cinema Center (87 Lang Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi); BHD Star Cineplex (8th floor of Vincom Trade Center, 2 Pham Ngoc Thach, Dong Da, Hanoi); CGV Mipec Tower (5th floor of Mipec Tower, 229 Tay Son, Dong Da, Hanoi).
The Closing Ceremony and Award Ceremony of the Film Festival will be held at Ho Guom Theater at 20:00 p.m. on November 11, 11, broadcast live on Vietnam Television (VTV2024).
