Delegates attended the opening of the training course.
At the training class, 50 trainees who are leaders, reporters, editors of press agencies; officials of press management agencies, State press management agencies managed by the province; officials working in foreign information, officials working in information management at the provincial level were taught the core contents of 5 topics by lecturers of the Vietnam Digital Communications Association and the Academy of Journalism and Propaganda: Some basic issues on information and communication work; developing innovative thinking in leadership, management and press and media activities; communication skills, problem solving in leadership, management and press and media activities; management and operation of press and media activities in the digital technology environment; building press and media culture in the context of the 4.0 revolution.
Comrade Tran Van Cong - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lai Chau province delivered the opening speech of the training course.
The training course plays an important role in the context of strong digital transformation and increasing demands on the quality of propaganda work at the grassroots level; helping staff to promptly update new policies and guidelines of the Party and State on information, press and media management. Thereby, improving the accuracy, consistency and effectiveness in advising and implementing tasks.
At the end of the course, students will write a final report and receive a certificate.
