Speaking at the opening ceremony, Colonel Tran Huu Dung, Deputy Head of the Army Youth Department, informed: From the beginning of 2025 to now, the results of the Union's activities and youth movements in the entire army have been assessed as having fulfilled their tasks well, with many contents being excellently completed, recognized, commended and rewarded by the Party, State, Army, leaders and commanders of agencies and units in the entire army and central and local departments, ministries, branches and organizations.

Colonel Tran Huu Dung affirmed that the training course will help trainees equip and update their knowledge on policies, resolutions and directives of the Party, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , and the General Department of Politics on youth work; practice skills, methods and expertise in Youth Union work, movement organization skills; advise, coordinate and deploy Youth Union activities and youth movements at the grassroots level; create an environment and playground for exchange and sharing of experiences, replicating good models and creative ways of doing things, associated with revolutionary action movements among the Army's youth.

The content and training program for 2025 will be conducted from September 22 to October 22, including 14 topics and 9 practical, practical support activities. In particular, the Organizing Committee has increased the topics of communication on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation; organized learning activities, exchanges, visits to typical youth models in units, visited scenic spots, historical sites, and organized youth seminars to celebrate the success of the 12th Army Party Congress.

Not stopping at imparting knowledge, the Organizing Committee has built a training program focusing on communication and experience exchange through seminars, study sessions... This is the key factor to transform knowledge into action, creating a sustainable spread in youth work across the army.

In particular, the School's youth have won many high prizes in competitions at the military and national levels, making an important contribution to the implementation of political tasks, building clean and strong Party organizations, strong and comprehensive units, "exemplary and typical".

It is an honor for the 10th year that the Political Officer School has been entrusted by the General Department of Politics with the task of coordinating with the Army Youth Union to organize training courses, skills training, professional training of the Union and the Army youth movement. The Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Political Officer School identify this as an important task and an opportunity for the School's Youth Union staff to accumulate knowledge and practical experience, promoting knowledge and skills training activities for students according to the School's training goals.
