Speaking at the opening of the Program, Comrade Bui Anh Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee affirmed: The 2025 Welfare Cultural Heritage Week is an activity to concretize the Working Program of the Ward Party Committee on investment, completing urban infrastructure, improving the quality of people's spiritual life, in which protecting and promoting the value of local cultural heritage is the key task.

He emphasized President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on the role of culture and heritage for the nation, and reviewed the outstanding achievements of Phuc Loi ward and wards established from the old Long Bien district over the years: restoring and embellishing relics; honoring artisans; making Ai Lao Singing and Dance a national intangible cultural heritage; participating in many major events such as the 70th Anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day and the Thang Long - Hanoi Festival.
