Leveraging its advantages in industry, trade, logistics, and transportation infrastructure, the province is attracting significant investment and business activity. After more than a year of operation, MB Bac Nghe An has recorded many positive results with outstanding loans reaching VND 3,100 billion, capital mobilization reaching VND 2,100 billion, and serving more than 139,000 customers in the area. These results demonstrate the branch's rapid growth rate and adaptability to the increasingly diverse needs of the local market.

In addition to focusing on business development, MB Bac Nghe An branch is also strengthening cooperation programs with the armed forces in the area. The branch has signed a salary payment cooperation agreement with the 324th Division (Military Region 4) for more than 7,000 officers and soldiers, continuing to leverage MB's traditional strengths in providing financial solutions for military personnel and the armed forces.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thu, Director of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 8 Branch, presented the decision to establish the MB North Nghe An Branch.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major General Luu Trung Thai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of MB, said: “The opening of MB Bac Nghe An not only marks a step in the development of MB's network in the North Central region, but also demonstrates MB's long-term investment commitment in Nghe An. According to its development plan for the coming period, MB Bac Nghe An aims to achieve outstanding loans of VND 6,200 billion and mobilize capital of VND 5,000 billion by the end of 2026, and aims to capture 10% of the market share in the area by 2027. The branch will also continue to expand its operations, improve service quality, and increase its contribution to the financial and banking market in Nghe An.
