The establishment of the Cultural Space - supporting innovative startups aims to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; at the same time, concretize the spirit of Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo dated May 4, 2025 on developing the private economy to become an important driving force of the economy.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Manh Huy - Deputy Director of Aball Blockchain & Artificial Intelligence Institute is committed to accompanying the locality to support youth startups and provide advanced technology in education.
"The Cultural Space - supporting innovative startups in Hoa Cuong ward is a strong pioneer in preserving cultural identity associated with developing modern and dynamic startup movements. The function of this space is not only a place to display knowledge but also helps develop innovative activities," said Mr. Huy.
In the coming time, to realize the set goals and tasks, the People's Committee of Hoa Cuong Ward will strengthen coordination between specialized departments, public service units, and socio-political organizations in the area to support business households in converting to suitable models, promoting innovation and applying technology in production and business activities. Proactively connecting start-up businesses and individuals with the ward's start-up ecosystem.
The ward also organizes many thematic events, forums, training courses, AI training, science and technology application, digital transformation, actively organizes propaganda activities, startup education associated with promoting traditional cultural values. At the same time, expand the scope of activities of the Cultural Space - supporting innovative startups at 64 cultural institutions and community centers throughout the ward so that individuals and businesses can access and support.

This is a modern and friendly communication tool, aiming to improve the quality of service to the people, reform administration and promote digital transformation at the grassroots level.
