For generations, the Youth Pioneer Organization has always been an important educational environment, contributing to the cultivation of life ideals, solidarity, and skills for children.

The Young Pioneers movement is thriving in schools.

In anticipation of the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization (May 15, 1941 - May 15, 2026), many schools in the province have organized vibrant and practical activities, creating beneficial playgrounds for their members. From competitions on Young Pioneer rituals and traditional education activities to academic playgrounds, all contribute to fostering pride, a sense of responsibility, and aspirations for excellence in the younger generation.

In the 2025-2026 school year, the Ho Thi Ky High School Youth Union (An Xuyen Ward) has 1,682 members participating in activities. Since the beginning of the school year, the Youth Union has implemented many activities such as: lantern-making competitions, Youth Union ritual competitions, sports exchanges, football matches, etc. A highlight was the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers' Union Ritual Competition held on the morning of April 19th with the participation of 37 teams.

From early morning, the schoolyard was bustling with the sound of the marching band drums and the shouts of commands. Under the April sun, red scarves fluttered in the wind with each perfectly synchronized step of the competing teams. The movements of turning in place, marching in step, and stamping were performed decisively and accurately by the team members.

The Scout Ceremony Competition contributes to developing skills, discipline, and solidarity among Scout members.

The competition is not only an opportunity to hone skills but also contributes to evaluating the implementation of the Scout Ceremony and Regulations at the branch level; at the same time, it creates an environment for interaction, enhances discipline awareness, and strengthens the spirit of solidarity among Scouts.

Ms. Quách Lan Vi, Head of the Youth Union at Hồ Thị Kỷ High School, said that through the competition, many students have become more confident, bolder, and more active in group activities.
