Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requests that agencies, units, and localities immediately complete support for households affected by floods and storms, and support primary school students and above in these households to buy books and notebooks before December 2, 2025.
Regarding the request for support for people living in boarding houses and rental houses but without temporary residence registration, the Provincial People's Committee agrees to support according to the provisions of Decision 2192 dated November 23, 2025 on criteria for supporting flood recovery in the province. Support recipients must have confirmation from the boarding house owner and residential group; the commune police supervise to ensure honesty and objectivity; absolutely not allowing negativity to occur.
Regarding the request for support for households affected by landslides, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to add the support objects according to the provisions of Decision 2192 mentioned above (at the level of 1 million VND/person); the Commune People's Committee proposed specifically to the Department of Finance for synthesis and payment.
The Provincial People's Committee requests to ensure people's lives, not to let them go hungry or lack shelter; mobilize support for temporary housing for households whose houses have collapsed or been swept away. Localities must report damage to the Department of Agriculture and Environment before 4:00 p.m. on November 29, 2025; list of households affected by landslides must be sent to the Department of Finance before November 30, 2025; list of households in difficulty who have not been able to stabilize their lives must be sent to the Department of Agriculture and Environment before December 2, 2025 for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration.
The Provincial People's Committee requests to accelerate the repair and construction of houses, ensuring that 100% of collapsed, washed away, or severely damaged houses are supported before the Lunar New Year 2026; complete the repair and put into normal use all affected schools and medical stations. Organize the reception and allocation of support resources in a timely, appropriate, public, and transparent manner; strictly handle cases of misuse or distribution for the wrong purpose.
In Khanh Hoa, the recent floods killed 22 people, injured 20; collapsed 115 houses, damaged 922 houses. Total damage is estimated at more than 5,747 billion VND (not including damage to people's property).
In the long term, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to complete before November 30, 2025 the policy consultation to support production recovery and guide localities to count the damage. Based on the synthesis, before December 1, 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment will advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment to submit to the Prime Minister for approval of the central budget support source.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested to quickly restore production areas, ensure enough seeds, plant on time, restore livestock and poultry herds and prevent epidemics, especially African swine fever. Units urgently restore aquaculture infrastructure, ponds, cages, etc.
