Khanh Hoa plans to call for secondary investors in Ninh Thuy Industrial Park

Mr. Tran Hoa Nam, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, has just requested the People's Committee of Dong Ninh Hoa Ward and relevant agencies and units to promptly research and develop compensation and support plans or compulsory land recovery plans for the remaining cases that have not yet handed over the site to Ninh Thuy Industrial Park (IP).

The Management Board of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park shall coordinate with investors to prepare the introduction content and plan to call for secondary investors to Ninh Thuy Industrial Park to inform and promote at the Investment Promotion Conference in Economic Zones and Industrial Parks in the province (expected to take place around the end of December 2025); this introduction information must clearly state the strengths of Ninh Thuy Industrial Park being near Nam Van Phong Port and conveniently connected to important roads, facilitating the promotion of trade activities...

Mr. Nam also suggested that Hoan Cau Van Phong Joint Stock Company should develop a plan to complete the infrastructure to put the project into operation on schedule; promptly report to the province to consider and resolve issues arising during the implementation process, including adjusting the design of items in the industrial park to better suit the practical situation...

The Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board said that up to now, the investor (Hoan Cau Van Phong Joint Stock Company) has completed the construction of Ninh Thuy Industrial Park infrastructure at the locations where the land has been cleared, reaching about 75% of the total volume of work.

Regarding site clearance, the project has recovered about 177 hectares/183.4 hectares of site clearance area, reaching 96.5%; it is expected that the People's Committee of Dong Ninh Hoa ward will complete the remaining area no later than January 2026.

Regarding the situation of attracting secondary projects to the Industrial Park, in the first 10 months of 2025, 5 investment projects were attracted to Ninh Thuy Industrial Park with a total investment capital of more than 3,110 billion VND; up to now, the Industrial Park has attracted 30 investment projects (6 projects with foreign investment capital and 24 domestic projects) with a total registered capital of more than 6,034 billion VND, implemented investment capital of more than 2,222 billion VND, of which 16 projects are in operation; 14 projects are under investment and construction.

The total land area in the Industrial Park that can be leased according to the plan is 152.82 hectares, the leased land area is nearly 86 hectares, reaching 56.23%; it is expected that from now until the end of 2026, 13 more projects will be attracted to the Industrial Park, raising the occupancy rate of this Industrial Park to 90%...
