On September 23, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province announced that the locality has planned to organize night markets in Nha Trang city to serve the community, develop tourism and the local economy .
With the above plan, Yen Phi Park and Thieu Nhi Park along with Dam Market, all in Nha Trang City, were chosen as the locations for the night market. This location is considered suitable, attracting tourists to visit and shop.
In the coming time, this locality will improve the landscape of the area in front of Dam Market to implement the roadmap to open a night market. Thereby, it will also exploit and take advantage of the landscape and view in front of the market, facing Hai Ba Trung Street.
Hai Ba Trung Street, in front of Dam Market area, is also arranged and arranged flexibly to organize and use display booths, in the form of assembly and mobility. The purpose is not to affect the business activities of small traders in the market.
The night market takes place from 3pm to 11pm every day, starting from the third quarter of this year, with 26 booths displaying and introducing typical products, OCOP products, and typical products and cuisine with strong local identity.
According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, the organization of the night market must be consistent with the objectives of the Project on developing the night economy in Khanh Hoa province until 2030. At the same time, the night market model is also an activity to promote, introduce and sell local products to tourists and consumers.
