Inauguration of digital tourism project at the historical site of the resistance war against France, Ban Nhot forest

On July 19, Gia Phu commune held an incense offering ceremony at the Temple of General Vo Nguyen Giap and inaugurated a digital tourism explanation project at the historical site of the resistance war against France, Ban Nhot forest.

The digital tourism explanation project was chaired and implemented by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Phu commune and installed 2 QR code scanning points right at the entrance to the Relic Site and at the General Vo Nguyen Giap temple area. The QR codes are integrated with images and sounds introducing the background, life, and career of General Vo Nguyen Giap; the location and scale, construction architecture, history of formation and historical and cultural values of the Relic Site.

This is a breakthrough activity after Gia Phu commune started operating under a new model, demonstrating the spirit of innovation and creativity in management and administration; applying digital technology to tourism promotion activities associated with the culture and history of the homeland. This is also a project to welcome the first Congress of Gia Phu commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
