Inauguration of boarding house for students of San Chai Primary School No. 1

On November 11, Si Ma Cai commune coordinated with the Korean GPI Organization to organize the inauguration and handover ceremony of the "Boarding House" project to San Chai Primary School No. 1.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Luu Dinh Hanh - Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee; leaders of departments, teachers and students of the school and representatives of GPI-Korea organization.

Representatives of the Korean GPI Organization presented gifts to the school.

The boarding house and auxiliary items at San Chai Primary Boarding School No. 1 started construction in December 2024 and will be put into use after 11 months of construction. The project is designed according to the standards of a level III house, including 2 floors with 8 boarding rooms for students and auxiliary items, ensuring compliance with school facilities standards. Total funding is over 3.5 billion VND.

Representatives of the Korean GPI Organization presented gifts to families in difficult circumstances.

At the ceremony, representatives of the Korean GPI Organization presented 100 gifts (daily necessities) to families in difficult circumstances in the San Chai cluster and 230 gifts (learning equipment) to students of San Chai Primary Boarding School No. 1.

The project is of great significance, helping students have a decent boarding place, ensuring a better living and learning environment, while improving the quality of education , meeting the requirements of current educational innovation, especially in the mountainous and disadvantaged areas of Simacai.
