Quang Ngai : Inauguration of Sao Mai 500 billion VND agricultural and medicinal product processing factory
On August 31, Sao Mai Agricultural Products Processing Joint Stock Company inaugurated the Sao Mai Agricultural Products and Medicinal Herbs Processing Factory in Sao Mai Industrial Park (Quang Ngai). With an area of over 50,000 m2 and an investment capital of VND500 billion, the factory is equipped with modern production lines imported from Europe, meeting international standards for export to the US, Europe, Japan, Korea and China. The designed capacity is 10,000 tons of products per year, with expected revenue of USD100 million.

In addition to juice products, dried fruits, and herbal wine, the company has built a 2,000-hectare raw material area and is committed to accompanying farmers from the seeding stage to the consumption stage. Quang Ngai provincial leaders expect the project to create a production chain, increase the value of agricultural products, create jobs, and contribute to local economic development.
The factory also applies green agriculture , digital transformation and circular models, aiming to bring Vietnamese agricultural products to international markets.
More than 30 billion VND to renovate and repair technical infrastructure of Hoa Khanh Industrial Park
The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just approved the project to renovate and repair the technical infrastructure of Hoa Khanh Industrial Park with a total capital of more than 30 billion VND from the budget, to be implemented in the period of 2023 - 2025. Items include repairing damaged roads, adding fire hydrants, replacing manhole covers, renovating the water supply and drainage system and beautifying sidewalks to create landscape.
Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, established in 1998 with an area of nearly 396 hectares, has now degraded in many areas after a long period of exploitation. This investment and repair is expected to help complete the infrastructure, improve service quality and attract more investors to one of the key industrial parks of Da Nang.
Over 900 billion VND to renovate Con Hen area in the middle of Huong River
Hue City is preparing to implement the project to renovate Con Hen, Vy Da ward, with a total estimated capital of more than 925 billion VND, implementation time of 4 years from 2026. The project aims to reinforce the embankment to prevent landslides, clear flood discharge, and at the same time create a green landscape, a tourist highlight on the Huong River.

The scale includes the construction of a 3.2 km concrete embankment, a 2.5 km road on top of the embankment, a public water wharf, a drainage system, walking paths, trees, a parking lot and a 188 m long Ung Binh road. About 267 households will be affected, of which 178 households will have to relocate. Con Hen, with an area of nearly 33 hectares, famous for Hue cuisine, is expected to become a typical tourist destination when the project is completed.
More than 225 billion VND invested in the route connecting from DT.601 to Ho Chi Minh road
The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just approved the project to build a connecting route from DT.601 to Ho Chi Minh Road (La Son - Hoa Lien section) with a total capital of more than 225 billion VND, to be implemented in the period 2025 - 2028. The new route is nearly 1 km long with an expressway overpass, four connecting branches and more than 300 m of DT.601 restoration, designed according to mountain road standards, speed from 30 - 40 km/h.
The project aims to ensure local traffic connection with Ho Chi Minh road, serve rescue and relief in emergency situations, and at the same time complete the infrastructure network and promote regional socio-economic development.

On September 6, Hanoi will start construction of the Component 3 project, the expressway section of the Ring Road 4 - Capital Region, after completing the signing of the BOT contract. The route is more than 113 km long, of which over 71% is elevated, with three large bridges over the river and nine intersections, phase 1 is designed with four lanes. The total investment is more than 56,293 billion VND, with 47.5% of the budget capital and 52.5% of the investor capital in the form of PPP.

Da Nang starts construction of resort complex with total capital of over 750 billion VND
On September 3, FVG Group started construction of the Fivitel Nam Hoi An Hotel and Fivires Resort project in the Nam Hoi An City Tourist Urban Area, with a total investment of more than VND 750 billion. Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee is preparing a Project to study the possibility of establishing Ninh Binh International Airport in Liem Tuyen Ward, with a scale of 720 hectares, ICAO 4E standards with two runways, initial capacity of 10 million passengers/year. The airport's location is considered favorable as it is 80 km from Noi Bai, 85 km from Cat Bi, 85 km from Tho Xuan and close to North-South high-speed railway stations.

Speed up the progress of 4 expressway projects, must be completed by 2025
Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son requested localities, investors and contractors to focus on removing difficulties and speeding up the progress of four expressway projects: Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang, Dong Dang - Tra Linh and Huu Nghi - Chi Lang to complete them in 2025, aiming to reach the target of 3,000 km of expressways nationwide.
Currently, site clearance and construction work is still slow, the volume of increase is low, while the remaining time is urgent. In the first phase, the route will be built with 4 lanes, with a total capital of more than 56,000 billion VND, including 23,861 billion VND of state capital and 32,189 billion VND of investor capital, with a construction period of 36 months, expected to be put into operation from June 2028. Da Nang continues to invest 231 billion VND to build a resettlement area for the Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway.
The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just approved the Resettlement Area No. 2 project in Ba Na commune, with a total capital of more than 231 billion VND from the city budget, to serve the clearance of the Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway project.
The project includes items such as leveling, traffic, drainage, water supply, relocation of technical infrastructure, trees and lighting. Previously, the 11.5 km long Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan Expressway, with an investment capital of more than VND 2,100 billion, was technically opened to traffic on August 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

In the first 8 months of 2025, Hai Phong industrial parks and economic zones attracted an additional 15.3 billion USD in registered capital, of which FDI reached 1.8 billion USD and domestic capital was more than 13.5 billion USD.
