Truong Dong Communal House was built in the early 19th century, associated with the history of formation and development of the local community. Over time, although it has undergone many restorations, Truong Dong Communal House is still in a state of serious degradation. In July 2023, the Provincial People's Council approved the investment policy for the Truong Dong Communal House Relic Restoration Project; in July 2024, the Provincial People's Committee approved the technical economic report with a total investment of more than 13 billion VND for the overall restoration of Truong Dong Communal House.

The historical and cultural relic of Truong Dong communal house is located on an area of over 1,100m² with main items such as: Nghi Mon; main communal house; Ong mausoleum; temple of ancestors - descendants; martyrs' register... Currently, Truong Dong communal house still preserves many Nguyen Dynasty royal decrees, antiques and Han Nom documents. Besides, the communal house is also a place to preserve and practice some typical types of intangible cultural heritage such as: Ho Ba Trao, worship rituals, ritual music...

In 2010, Truong Dong communal house was ranked as a provincial historical and cultural relic by the Provincial People's Committee. The completion of the restoration of Truong Dong communal house this time contributes to preserving and promoting the value of local cultural heritage, while creating a cultural and spiritual tourism highlight for Nam Nha Trang ward.
