Hang A village has 117 households, of which: 78 are poor households, 4 are near-poor households, the rest are households that have escaped poverty. The whole village has 82 preschool children studying in 3 groups of classes: nursery, 3-4 year old class and 4-5 year old class.

For many years, teachers and students of Hang A School, part of Hoa Hue Kindergarten, have had to study in temporary, dilapidated classrooms, which greatly affects teaching and learning. The desire to have a solid, safe school has always been the desire of teachers and people here.

Faced with that situation, in the 2024-2025 school year, Vietcombank sponsored nearly 2 billion VND to rebuild the school. After construction, the project was completed with 3 solid classrooms, a playground, and auxiliary items such as: toilets, kitchen, solar power system, internet transmission and reception port. The new school fully meets the safety and friendliness conditions for preschool children.

The project was implemented from funding contributions from many units, including the Administration Department and Debt Management Department of Vietcombank, Vietcombank Yen Bai Branch, SEN Charity Fund and a number of other sponsors.
At the inauguration ceremony, representatives of Vietcombank shared the difficulties of the school, and expressed their hope that the teaching staff would effectively exploit the new facilities, continue to innovate teaching methods to build a friendly learning environment, bring useful lessons, and contribute to improving the quality of education in the locality.

On this occasion, Vietcombank Yen Bai Branch, SEN Charity Fund, 1+1>2 International Construction and Architecture Company, Love Energy Group and Minh Hung Investment - Development Joint Stock Company presented 82 gifts to 82 children, along with a refrigerator, a television and many other practical gifts to the school.
