According to the report at the conference, in 2025 MobiFone Dak Lak transferred to the Ministry of Public Security and restructured its management model from 3 levels to 2 levels. The staff is mostly young, meeting job requirements. The technical infrastructure network has been invested in and is relatively stable with more than 1,400 base stations throughout the province. During the year, the digital infrastructure sector recorded a growth rate of 2.3%; the number of new subscribers was over 91,300, reaching 231% of the plan; and administrative revenue reached 257 billion VND, exceeding 105% of the plan.
In 2026, MobiFone Dak Lak aims to develop genuine subscribers, optimize service placement, reduce implementation costs, and segment market areas. The unit will strengthen subscriber care, promote online and direct communication; implement direct sales programs for households and businesses; and at the same time ensure the quality and experience of customer services, and guarantee network security.

On this occasion, MobiFone Dak Lak launched a unit-wide emulation movement for 2026; commending and rewarding 2 collectives and 20 individuals who achieved outstanding results in the emulation movement and made positive contributions to the unit's production and business activities in 2025.
