Rewarding 3 brave citizens for saving drowning people

(Baohatinh.vn) - The People's Committee of Ky Lac commune (Ha Tinh province) has just organized a special commendation and reward ceremony for 3 local citizens for their bravery in saving a drowning person.

The three individuals honored include Phan Luong Nhat, Tran Van Tham and Phan Binh Minh (11A3 students, Ky Lam High School), all residing in Lac Thang village, Ky Lac commune.

The People's Committee of Ky Lac commune commended and unexpectedly rewarded local citizens for their bravery in saving drowning people.

It is known that on the afternoon of November 8, when passing through the Huynh Thu dam area (Ky Lac commune), the three discovered NTT (born in 2004) and PTL (born in 2008) struggling in the middle of the water, their lives in danger.

Immediately, Mr. Nhat, Mr. Tham and Minh did not hesitate to jump into the deep water, coordinate to bring the two victims to shore safely and perform timely first aid.

The brave and timely actions of three young people helped prevent a possible unfortunate accident.

The fact that the Ky Lac commune government suddenly rewarded brave individuals not only recognized their noble deeds but also contributed to spreading the movement "Good people, good deeds", creating motivation for the community to join hands to build a safe and humane living environment.
