At the award ceremony, Colonel Duong Van Long, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, acknowledged and praised the excellent achievements of the Criminal Police Department in investigating and quickly solving the above murder case; requested the investigation agency to continue to consolidate documents and evidence to handle the subject according to regulations.

As reported by SGGP Online, Ms. D.TM (born in 1991, residing in Nghia An commune, Kbang district) is a teacher at Le Van Tam Primary Boarding School (Krong commune, Kbang district, Gia Lai province). At around 7:00 a.m. on May 5, the authorities received a report that Ms. M. had died on the Son Lang - Krong inter-commune road, passing through Son Lang commune.

At the scene, the motorbike and the victim were lying on the same side of the road, about 3 meters apart. When discovered, the victim was dead, with wounds to the head and abdomen. There was a knife at the scene.

Receiving instructions from the provincial police leaders, the An Khe area criminal investigation team quickly deployed forces to coordinate with professional units to conduct crime scene investigation, autopsy, and organize professional measures to track down the perpetrator.

The police force quickly deployed professional measures to isolate and clarify the related suspicious subjects. Through that, Dinh Toc, Ms. M's ex-husband, emerged.

The police persuaded the subject to surrender at about 14:35 the same day.

At the police station, Dinh Toc confessed that he had a conflict with his ex-wife and killed her.
