As a dynamic and creative locality with many advantages in digital economic development, in recent years, Phu Tho province has issued many programs and plans on digital transformation, focusing on three main pillars: digital government, digital economy and digital society.
In 2025, the province organized the Forum "Building a local digital economy on the basis of high-tech supply chains". Within the framework of the forum, a Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony took place between Kami Manufacturing Technology Joint Stock Company, Center for Application and Innovation, Trong Hieu Environment and Services Co., Ltd., CNCTech Group Joint Stock Company (CNCTech), Vinh Phuc Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and Vinh Phuc College of Engineering and Technology.

CNCTech Group Joint Stock Company (CNCTech) is a pioneer in the field of industrial production and green industrial park infrastructure development.
According to the signed content, CNCTech and Kami will coordinate to deploy the 3DEXPERIENCE platform in industrial production and supply chain; at the same time, cooperate in training high-tech human resources, building an innovation ecosystem in high-tech industry, as well as deploying pilot projects and technology demonstration centers.
CNCTech is known as a pioneer in the field of industrial production and green industrial park infrastructure development. At the FAST500 Ranking Announcement Ceremony in 2025, CNCTech continued to be in the Top 500 fastest growing enterprises in Vietnam, marking 3 consecutive years of being named in this prestigious ranking.
CNCTech Group representative shared: “In the context of globalization and increasingly fierce competition, investment cooperation and technological innovation are key factors determining the sustainable development of enterprises.”
The application of new technology and expansion of investment cooperation not only helps businesses increase their competitiveness but also contributes to promoting socio-economic development and international integration. Thanks to that, CNCTech is gradually moving towards a green and sustainable development model.
Currently, the province has thousands of enterprises operating in the fields of information technology, electronics, telecommunications and digital technology and providing transportation and logistics services using digital platforms. Notably, 100% of enterprises have used electronic invoices; all supermarkets and shopping centers have deployed cashless POS payment devices. The telecommunications infrastructure is strongly developed, 3G and 4G networks cover 100% of the area and more than 60 5G stations of Viettel and VNPT have come into operation.
This is an important foundation to help people and businesses promote the application of digital technology in management, production, business and consumption. Up to now, the whole province has had tens of thousands of digital signatures provided to organizations, businesses and individuals to serve electronic transactions in forms such as Token, Sim, HSM, Smart.
The above results demonstrate the great efforts and determination of all levels, sectors and the business community in the digital transformation journey. The digital economy is deeply penetrating all areas of life, becoming an important driving force for growth.
In the first 9 months of 2025, the province's gross regional domestic product (GRDP) growth rate increased by 10.0% over the same period last year, higher than the target assigned by the Government in Resolution No. 226/NQ-CP dated August 5, 2025 (+10%); continuing to affirm the leading role of the industrial and construction sector. Other areas such as budget collection, development investment, trade and services, business support and social security all achieved positive results, creating a favorable foundation for socio-economic development in the following years.
In particular, the industrial production index increased by 27% over the same period in 2024. The result of attracting FDI capital is estimated at 912.5 million USD, up 39% over the same period, reaching 86.2% of the 2025 target, DDI capital is estimated at 62.3 trillion VND, nearly 3 times higher than the same period, reaching 72.2% of the 2025 target.

Digital economy continues to become a new driving force for many businesses in the area.
In order for the digital economy to truly become a key driving force for growth, the province will continue to promote propaganda and raise awareness among people and businesses about the role of digital transformation; at the same time, encourage businesses to apply new technologies and innovate in production and business activities.
At the same time, the province prioritizes resources for developing technology and logistics infrastructure, implementing programs to support businesses in the digital transformation process, towards the goal of green and sustainable development.
