Construction begins on the Flamingo Tan Trao project.

On October 19th, in Tan Trao commune, Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang province, Flamingo Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Flamingo Tan Trao project. This is a high-end resort project combining cultural tourism experiences, located near the Tan Trao National Special Historical Site.

The Flamingo Tan Trao project is being developed as a tourism destination, resort, and cultural experience complex spanning nearly 25 hectares, with a total investment of 663 billion VND. It includes shophouses, homestays, and a 4-star hotel complex with architecture reflecting national identity, blending tradition and modernity, promising to give Son Duong district a new look. The project will have approximately 2,000 rooms, attracting tourists to Tuyen Quang throughout all four seasons. The project is expected to contribute to elevating the tourism brand of Tuyen Quang province.

Comrade Hoang Viet Phuong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province, affirmed that this is one of the province's important projects. Upon completion, the Flamingo Tan Trao project will meet the demand in the high-end resort tourism segment; at the same time, it will create direct jobs and stable income for local people, and increase revenue for the state budget.

The Flamingo Tan Trao project, along with other tourism and resort projects already underway in the province by reputable investors, will contribute to elevating the tourism brand of Tuyen Quang province on the domestic and international tourism map; accelerate the economic restructuring process, increase the contribution of the tourism sector to the province's product and service structure; and contribute to making tourism an important economic sector as set out in the Resolution of the 17th Congress of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee.

The comrade suggested that Flamingo Group focus on mobilizing resources and implementing comprehensive economic, technical, and especially environmental solutions to ensure the sustainable development of the project; and continue to build unique and distinctive tourism products, contributing to affirming the Tuyen Quang tourism brand on the Vietnamese tourism map.

Sharing about the project, Mr. Tran Trong Binh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Flamingo Holding Group, said that, in collaboration with the provincial government to make tourism a key economic sector of Tuyen Quang, Flamingo aims for sustainable development with the locality, contributing to bringing Tan Trao in particular, and Tuyen Quang in general, closer to the famous tourist and resort areas nationwide. With the criteria of developing modern tourism while always focusing on preserving historical sites and protecting nature, the company is committed to concentrating all resources to implement the project.

Tuyen Quang province has over 600 historical and cultural relics. The province aims for tourism to become a key economic sector by 2025, setting a target for the Tan Trao National Tourist Area Master Plan to welcome approximately 1.5 million visitors, including 2,000 international tourists. By 2030, the goal is to welcome approximately 2 million visitors, including 35,000 international tourists; total tourism revenue is projected to exceed 600 billion VND in 2025 and reach approximately 1,650 billion VND in 2030.
