Construction of Great Solidarity House for households in especially difficult circumstances in Phat Diem commune started

Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies and delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Great Unity House.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were comrades: Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies; Nguyen Anh Chuc, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; local authorities and people of Hamlet 1 Thuong Kiem.

Mrs. Muoi is in a particularly difficult situation, old age, poor health, living with her son who is also in poor health, unable to work, so life is extremely difficult. For many years, her family lived in a dilapidated house.

Understanding the situation of Mrs. Muoi's family, the Steering Committee for the implementation of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in Phat Diem commune has stepped up propaganda work and mobilized social resources to help Mrs. Muoi's family build a new house.

Colonel Nguyen Huu Manh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented a plaque symbolizing support for materials to Ms. Nguyen Thi Muoi.

The house was built with financial support and materials worth nearly 300 million VND. Of which, the Provincial Police supported materials worth 150 million VND; Vietnam Development Investment Bank, Ninh Binh branch supported 70 million VND; Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Nam Ninh Binh branch supported 30 million VND; Dai Kim Construction and Development Company Limited supported 20 million VND, Tin Nghia Enterprise supported 10 million VND along with the support of philanthropists, religious dignitaries...

This is a project of the Party Committee, Government and People of Phat Diem commune to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution, National Day September 2, the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025). Thereby contributing to the movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province, helping households with housing difficulties to stabilize their lives, escape poverty, and ensure social security in the locality.
