Attending the ceremony were comrade Huynh Lu Tan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune; representatives of socio-political organizations, military forces, philanthropists and a large number of people.
According to statistics, prolonged rains and floods have caused deep flooding and huge property damage in Hoa Xuan commune. The whole commune has 437 damaged houses, of which 38 houses were completely damaged; estimated damage is over 90.6 billion VND.

Faced with that situation, the entire political system, along with authorities at all levels, the police, the army, organizations, and sponsors, joined hands to support and determinedly carry out the "Quang Trung Campaign" - urgently building and repairing houses for households whose houses were swept away, collapsed, or severely damaged.

The goal is to complete house construction for households whose houses have completely collapsed before January 31, 2026, and to complete repairs of damaged houses before December 31, 2025, ensuring that the houses are sturdy, safe, and meet living requirements and disaster prevention.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Hoa Xuan Commune People's Committee Hoang Anh Tuan sent his condolences and encouragement to the affected households; at the same time, praised the efforts of the Party Committee, government, military forces, commune police and organizations in overcoming the consequences of recent floods.
The commune leaders affirmed their determination to “leave no one behind”, considering the rebuilding of houses for the people as a key and urgent political task. Construction units must ensure quality, speed up progress; continue to coordinate closely with the commune government and support forces so that people can soon stabilize their lives.
