On November 28, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province granted investment registration certificates for three major tourism projects in the De Gi lagoon area to Arque Degi Joint Stock Company.
The three projects include: Nam De Gi lagoon floating urban and tourism service area (sub-area No. 16.1, scale of about 225 hectares, total capital of nearly 2,300 billion VND); De Gi lagoon center floating urban and tourism service area (sub-area No. 16.2, scale of nearly 190 hectares, total capital of nearly 2,700 billion VND) and Bac De Gi lagoon floating urban and tourism service area (sub-area No. 16.3, scale of about 160 hectares, capital of more than 3,580 billion VND).

Project implementation progress, phase 1 from the second quarter of this year to the second quarter of 2028; phase 2 from the third quarter of 2028 to the second quarter of 2032.
According to investors, Gia Lai province is suitable for building a special economic zone (SEz) in the Cat Tien - De Gi area, creating a living and working environment for the super-rich with extremely high net income, the world's billionaires.
The investor will build a world-class luxury resort complex, as a global destination, with component projects including: hotels and villas floating on the lagoon, mountain villas, hotels on hills, super yacht marinas, golf courses, coastal urban areas, resort villages, community tourism, billionaire islands...
Mr. Thai Dai Ngoc, Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, said this is an important milestone in the socio-economic development strategy, while affirming the strategy to promote the high-end real estate industry and luxury superyacht tourism services of the province.

The projects will attract billionaires, politicians, European and Middle Eastern royalty and many of the world's top stars to vacation, while opening up a breakthrough development direction, aiming to put Gia Lai on the map of top destinations both domestically and internationally.
The Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments, branches and localities to closely coordinate and quickly resolve administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations but must be flexible and synchronous, creating the most favorable conditions for investors.
He requested the application of the fastest and best mechanism for handling administrative procedures. All problems, from site clearance procedures, land to construction permits, must be resolved proactively, flexibly and synchronously in the spirit of "overcoming procedures to achieve great goals". Processing speed must be calculated in hours, not days.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee, pledged that the province will create maximum conditions for these projects and hopes that investors will fulfill their commitments on investment scale and progress.
At the meeting, Arque Degi Joint Stock Company also supported Gia Lai province people affected by recent storms and floods with 1 billion VND.
