Athletes participating in the 2022 season race
Following the success of season one; this year, the Marathon - Ca Mau 2023 Petrovietnam Cup continues to the beautiful city of Ca Mau, where there are safe, attractive destinations, unique tourist attractions, but still wild, with a clean ecosystem. Thereby, visitors can experience new things and be close to nature when running through U Minh Ha National Park.
The number of athletes expected to participate is 6,000, another unique point is that all the running routes are not repeated. This year, in addition to the distances for professional athletes, the organizers also want to spread the spirit of sports and health training, creating a fun and healthy playground for young athletes "KID RUN" to participate in running with distances of 1.2km and 2.4km. This helps athletes always be excited and have experiences when participating in running with family and relatives.
With the message "U Minh Forest Fragrance", we hope to introduce and promote the image of U Minh Ha National Park to the Vietnamese people and international friends about the natural landscape of Ca Mau that is still preserved today, this is a valuable resource, an ideal destination for tourists, thereby helping to raise awareness and community responsibility to join hands in preserving, in the context of complex climate change on a global scale, while protecting wildlife and biodiversity.
