According to the Vietnam Road Administration ( Ministry of Construction ), as of 4 p.m. today (November 11), traffic on expressways and national highways has basically been cleared, with no more congestion due to the impact of storm No. 13 (Kalmaegi). Authorities continue to repair infrastructure damage in some locations affected by floods and landslides.
According to the synthesis from the Road Management Areas and the Department of Construction in the localities, on November 11, the weather in many areas recorded moderate to light rain, some places have cleared up. In the Mekong Delta region, the high tide has receded, flooding is no longer present, and traffic is stable.

Continue to repair damaged roadbeds and surfaces and ensure safety of traffic corridors.
Traffic in the area from Nghe An to Hue has returned to normal. At Km403+000, the western branch of Ho Chi Minh Road suffered a landslide, and authorities have opened one lane to traffic since 4 p.m. on November 11. Road surface finishing and reinforcement work is still being carried out by maintenance units.
Traffic in the area from Da Nang to the South is no longer congested. Road Management Areas III and IV are currently continuing to repair damaged roadbeds and surfaces and ensure traffic corridor safety.
Vietnam Road Administration will continue to monitor weather developments, direct units to increase on-duty and promptly handle incidents arising on the routes.
Authorities recommend that traffic participants comply with instructions in construction areas and limit stopping and parking in locations at risk of landslides to ensure safety.
