Vietnamese cinema flourishes at the 24th Film Festival

The 24th Vietnam Film Festival takes place from November 21 to 25 in Ho Chi Minh City.

This year's festival brings together many outstanding cinematographic works, reflecting the real life of society, arousing love for the homeland and the Vietnamese people, while demonstrating the creativity and integration efforts of filmmakers in the digital transformation period. This is also an opportunity to honor artists, directors, and producers who have made many contributions to the development of Vietnamese cinema.

Not only honoring outstanding works, the 24th Vietnam Film Festival also opens up a space for exchange and experience sharing between artists, filmmakers and the public, contributing to improving professionalism and promoting the development of the Vietnamese film industry.

During the festival, audiences can enjoy selected Vietnamese films at three cinema complexes:

Galaxy Parc Mall, 4th floor, Parc Mall Commercial Center, 547–549 Ta Quang Buu, Chanh Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

CGV Hung Vuong Plaza, 126 Hong Bang, Cho Lon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Cinestar Hai Ba Trung, 135 Hai Ba Trung, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Movie tickets will be distributed free of charge at the box office from 9:30 a.m. on November 15, 2025. Each audience member will receive a maximum of 4 tickets per festival, a maximum of 2 tickets per film. After each screening, audiences can attend a meeting with the film crew and listen to the sharing of those who have contributed to the appearance of Vietnamese cinema today.
