Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Thanh, Political Commissar of Brigade 434, the leading unit in the emulation bloc, presided over the launching ceremony. Leaders and commanders from the brigades in Emulation Bloc No. 3 also attended the ceremony.

In 2026, Emulation Bloc No. 3 identified the theme of emulation as "Unity, Discipline, Breakthrough, Creativity, and Decisive Victory." The guiding principle is "Strengthening unity, maintaining discipline, resolutely pursuing breakthroughs, innovation, and creativity, effectively implementing the '2 steadfast principles, 2 strong initiatives, and 2 preventive measures' and the '5 firm principles' motto, and successfully completing assigned tasks."

The unified units consistently and thoroughly understand the resolutions, directives, guidelines, and documents from higher levels, comprehensively and synchronously implementing the emulation movement, striving to build strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, and outstanding" units.

Emulation in building strong units in politics , ideology, and organization, maintaining unity, cohesion, exemplary conduct, and decisive victory.

The entire bloc is proactive, creative, and competitive in successfully completing all tasks; competing to effectively implement the "Three Breakthroughs" in the quality of training, political education , and ideological management; breakthroughs in improving the quality of building a regular army, managing discipline, and ensuring safety; and enhancing the leadership capacity and combat strength of Party committees, branches, and the contingent of cadres and Party members.

Looking ahead, units within the bloc have achieved good results in the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and representatives to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; implemented activities during the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse ensuring joy, safety, high combat readiness, and made good preparations for welcoming new recruits and commencing training in 2026 according to plan.

Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Thanh requested that units regularly coordinate closely in their tasks; exchange information and create favorable conditions for the synchronized and effective implementation of the Emulation Movement for Victory in 2026; strive, unite, and continuously work to successfully complete all tasks, contributing to the overall achievements of the 34th Army Corps in the coming period.
