The event is not only a spring celebration but also a space for community connection, contributing to preserving and spreading traditional cultural values in the modern urban life of Da Nang .

The festival is held in a central, spacious area, with decorations reflecting the Tet (Lunar New Year) spirit such as lanterns, spring flowers, and traditional miniature landscapes, promising to become an attractive destination for locals and tourists to enjoy the spring festivities, take photos, and experience the joyful atmosphere of the first days of the new year.
The festival program includes many diverse activities; beginning on the evening of January 30th with the "Vietnamese Tet Spirit by the Han River - An Hai's Meaningful Green Sticky Rice Cake" activity, recreating the warm and joyful atmosphere of traditional Tet through the image of sticky rice cakes and meaningful community activities.
On the evening of January 31st, the festival officially opened with a spectacular art program, a ceremony to express gratitude to the sponsoring organizations, and a low-altitude fireworks display, creating a vibrant and refreshing atmosphere for the spring of 2026.

As part of the festival, on February 1st, the "Spring Fragrance - Vietnamese Colors" art performance program will take place, featuring musical and dance performances, fashion shows, and spring-themed dances performed by the VietStar Academy of Arts, bringing a youthful, modern spring atmosphere while still retaining the essence of Vietnamese culture.
The highlight of the festival is the Spring 2026 program - Folk Festival on the evening of February 7th, when the park space becomes a community cultural playground with a series of folk games such as tug-of-war, O Quan (a traditional board game), jump rope, and bamboo pole jumping; along with lion dance performances, folk music performances, calligraphy by traditional calligraphers, clay figurine making... recreating a vibrant and familiar Tet (Lunar New Year) scene.
In addition, from February 6th to 8th, the "Peaceful Wishing Tree - Peaceful Sea" program will provide a space for participants to express their New Year wishes, spreading a spirit of peace and good fortune with OCOP (One Commune One Product) gifts for attendees.
