On the afternoon of January 12th, in Hanoi , the Vietnam Television Film Center (VFC), Vietnam Television, in collaboration with the General Staff, introduced the television series "No Limits".

The series airs at 9 PM, Monday to Friday, on VTV1, starting January 15th.

"No Limits" explores the image of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA) in peacetime, focusing on the silent but particularly important tasks related to civil defense, rescue operations, and protecting the Fatherland against new challenges.

The film highlights the role of the General Staff in directing and managing emergency situations, from natural disasters and catastrophes to complex incidents in peacetime.

Speaking at the film's premiere, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Duc, Director of the Propaganda Department (General Political Department), said that the film "No Limits" is a continuation of the emotional theme of previous films such as "The War Without Borders" and "No Time," produced by Vietnam Television in collaboration with the Vietnam People's Army, but with a fresh and more comprehensive approach to the image of soldiers in the new era.

The Director of the Propaganda Department emphasized that the core of "No Limits" is to highlight the determination, sense of responsibility, and willingness of military officers and soldiers to dedicate themselves to the Fatherland, the Party, and the people. These are the core values ​​that create the qualities of the Ho Chi Minh's soldiers in the new era, expressed through everyday stories rich in humanistic values.

Titled "Unlimited," director Nguyen Duc Hieu stated that the film not only carries meaning in terms of space and time, but also contains a profound ideological depth. This includes the boundless loyalty of the Vietnam People's Army to the Fatherland, the Party, and the people; the spirit of overcoming personal limitations in scientific research, building the national defense industry, and in assisting the people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, floods, and other emergencies both domestically and internationally.

In terms of cast, "No Limits" marks Steven Nguyen's first leading role in a television series, playing Lieutenant Colonel Dao Minh Kien, a character with deep inner thoughts and multiple layers of emotion.

In addition, the cast includes Minh Trang as a female IT officer; To Dung as a village militia commander; and other artists such as Meritorious Artist Thanh Quy, Anh Dao, Lam Duc Anh, etc.

Speaking to the press, actor Steven Nguyen said that after the success of his role as Huy in the movie "Red Rain," in the film "No Limits," he plays Lieutenant Colonel Dao Minh Kien, a courageous soldier in the rescue and relief force, undertaking a difficult mission.

“When participating in the film, Steven truly understood the dangers that officers and soldiers face during rescue operations. I deeply admire their sacrifices. Through this film, I and the film crew hope to bring viewers a new perspective, as well as a realistic and humane view of the Vietnam People's Army in the new context,” the actor shared.
