The weather in the province is partly cloudy, no rain, light wind. The temperature at 01:00 in many places is from 16.8-19.8°C; Hoang Su Phi 13.8°C, Dong Van 11.5°C.

Forecast of cold air movement in the next 24 to 48 hours, this cold air mass will affect Tuyen Quang province, so the weather in the province from November 17-18, there will be rain, scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass is from 12-15°C, high mountainous areas in the North of the province 6-9°C, northeast wind level 2-3.

Forecast for the day and night of November 17, the areas most directly affected are: Dong Van, Meo Vac, Yen Minh, Quan Ba ​​with the lowest temperature of 7-10°C; Hoang Su Phi, Xin Man, 12-15°C; Ha Giang , Vi Xuyen, Bac Quang, Quang Binh, Ham Yen 15-18°C; Bac Me, Na Hang, Lam Binh, Chiem Hoa 15-18°C; Yen Son, Minh Xuan, Son Duong 16-19°C.

From the night of November 17, the weather will turn cold, with some areas in the northern highlands experiencing severe cold. Rain will affect outdoor activities and reduce visibility for vehicles. Cold weather (severe cold in the highlands) can affect human health; and affect the growth and development of crops and livestock.
