Attending the festival were comrades Dao Bao Minh, member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of Tuy Hoa Ward People's Council; Pham Van Bay, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and many people in the neighborhood.
In an atmosphere of solidarity and excitement, delegates and people reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; affirmed the important role and position of the great national unity bloc in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

An Nien Quarter has 965 households with 3,251 people; of which 8 are poor households and 41 are near-poor households. The staff of the quarter have high cultural level, strong political will, and enthusiasm in their work.
The people always comply with the Party's policies, the State's laws and local regulations. Thanks to that, the residential area has maintained the title of Cultural Quarter for 12 consecutive years until the end of 2024.

In recent times, the neighborhood has implemented campaigns and emulation movements with many practical models such as: supporting loans, job counseling, creating conditions for people to develop the economy . The whole neighborhood has 1,250 workers with stable jobs (reaching 90%); the number of poor households in 2025 decreased by 3 households compared to 2024.
The movement to build cultural families and cultural neighborhoods has been maintained effectively, with 965/965 households registering for the title of Cultural Family since the beginning of the year; the neighborhood ensures safety standards in terms of security and order.
Speaking at the festival, comrade Dao Bao Minh praised the outstanding results of An Nien neighborhood, especially the effective implementation of patriotic emulation campaigns and movements.
He also informed the people about the development situation of the locality from July 1st to present. At the same time, he hoped that the residential area would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity so that the locality could exceed the socio-economic development targets for 2025 and successfully implement the Resolution of the Ward Party Congress in the following years.

At the festival, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented a symbolic board to support the construction of two Great Unity houses for poor and near-poor households, worth 160 million VND from the Provincial Fund for the Poor.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward and the Neighborhood Front Work Committee announced the decision to recognize the title of Cultural Family and Cultural Residential Area in 2025 and to reward exemplary families in the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life". Representatives of households also signed a commitment to compete in 2026, continuing to build An Nien neighborhood to be more civilized and prosperous.
