In this context, the Southeast Ky Anh District Integrated Urban, Commercial and Service Infrastructure Project (referred to as the Southeast Ky Anh Urban Area), located in Ky Khang and Ky Hoa communes - the southeastern gateway of the former Ky Anh town, is being gradually implemented with the aim of becoming a model urban area, contributing to the completion of the urban landscape of southern Ha Tinh province.

According to reports, in recent years, localities in the southern region of Ha Tinh province have seen many positive changes in economic development. The Vung Ang Economic Zone continues to expand, attracting a series of large-scale industrial projects in the fields of metallurgy, energy, seaports, and logistics, creating jobs for tens of thousands of workers from within and outside the province.
The Vung Ang and Son Duong deep-water port system plays a crucial role in the regional logistics chain, connecting Ha Tinh's goods with domestic and international markets. In addition, the North-South expressway, National Highway 1, and other major transportation arteries have been upgraded and expanded, strengthening regional connectivity and shortening travel time between this area and major economic centers.

The internal transportation system is designed with roads ranging from 14m to 30m wide, scientifically connected, creating favorable conditions for daily life and traffic. This planning approach demonstrates the orientation towards building a civilized, stable residential area, consistent with the overall plan and the long-term development goals of a new urban area.
From a market perspective, the Southeast Ky Anh Urban Area is gradually attracting the attention of investors from both within and outside the province. Real estate investment capital tends to shift towards areas with developed industrial and port infrastructure, convenient transportation, and a clear demand for housing.
