On the morning of November 28, Gia Lai provincial leaders had a working session with investors implementing the Project of Cultural, Sports , Entertainment, Recreational Area combined with Trade, Services, and Tourism 1 in Cat Tien Commune.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Thai Dai Ngoc, Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and related departments and branches; Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cat Tien Commune. On the investor side, there were Co-Chairmen of the Board of Directors of Blooming Sky Company Limited: Mr. Lee Soo Man, Mr. Jang Chin Hyuk and the General Directors of the Company Mr. Kweon Hyeog Tai, Seo Hyung Jun; Mr. Park Hang Seo (former Head Coach of the Vietnam National Football Team) and the Company's partners.

The working session officially kicked off the implementation of the Project of Cultural, Sports, Entertainment, Recreational Area combined with Trade, Services and Tourism 1 in Cat Tien Commune. The project has a total scale of more than 308 hectares, with a total investment of more than 2,599 billion VND.
The project will build a new golf course and works, construction items serving the management, operation, exploitation, use, business of the golf course and accommodation facilities, services for golfers; 3-star or higher standard hotel works; marina; tourism service works, commercial services; infrastructure system serving the entire area.
The project will turn the Cat Tien coastal area into a model growth pole, creating a chain effect, attracting high-quality investment, promoting smart urbanization and improving the overall competitiveness of Gia Lai province on the international tourism map.

At the meeting, the representative of Blooming Sky Company Limited hoped that Gia Lai province would create favorable conditions for completing investment procedures, implementing preferential policies on land rent, supporting site clearance...
The Company also commits to coordinate with relevant agencies and local authorities so that the Project can be implemented on schedule and in compliance with legal regulations.
At the meeting, Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc hoped that the project would be a model of Vietnam-Korea cultural exchange and economic diplomacy; becoming a cultural and artistic center of regional stature in Asia.
The project will not only attract tourists but also attract world-leading events, entertainment and sports brands; at the same time, it will be a venue for festivals, professional tournaments as well as diverse cultural experiences.

The Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary also requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments, branches and localities to closely coordinate and quickly resolve administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations but must be flexible and synchronous, creating the most favorable conditions for investors. All problems, from site clearance procedures, land to construction permits must be proactively, flexibly and synchronously resolved in the spirit of "overcoming procedures to achieve great goals".
“We request that investors ensure that the project is implemented with the highest quality and the most modern technology; at the same time, strictly comply with regulations on environment, construction, security and social order, so that the project is truly a symbol of Vietnam-Korea cooperation. During the implementation process, Gia Lai province will always accompany businesses, create a safe, transparent and effective investment environment, aiming to make the project a new highlight in culture, sports and tourism of the province”, emphasized Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc.
On this occasion, Blooming Sky Company Limited donated 2 billion VND to support the people of Gia Lai province to overcome the consequences of recent storms and floods.
