Hai Hoa beach is becoming increasingly attractive to tourists.
The morning in Hai Hoa begins with the first rays of sunlight peeking across the horizon. The sun bathes the sea, casting a golden glow on each gentle wave lapping against the shore. The mountains stand silently, their shadows reflecting the sky; the waves seem to whisper fascinating stories of the ocean. Along the long, gently sloping sandy beach, there is no hustle and bustle. Only the sound of the wind and the salty scent of the sea fill the air, a refreshing sensation enveloping the traveler's emotions.
In the blink of an eye, as the sun sets, Hai Hoa beach takes on a warm, muted hue, making one want to immerse themselves in the scenery and cast aside all worries and anxieties.
Adjacent to the coastal tourist area is a system of typical historical and cultural relics such as: Le Village Temple (Vinh Tien residential area); the cluster of architectural and artistic relics and national-level scenic spots of Lach Bang (Thanh Nam residential area), Khanh Trach Temple - Thien Vuong Pagoda (Thanh Khanh residential area)... Along with the system of relics, many festivals and distinctive features in the material and spiritual life of the people in the coastal region are also preserved and promoted.
For those who enjoy exploring and taking photos, the Dragon Rock beach at the foot of Thoi Rock mountain or the Sun Rock promontory evoke strong impressions. For those with a spiritual inclination and a desire to learn about local culture, each ancient and sacred temple and unique festival in the Hai Hoa coastal area will be an emotional "anchor," captivating the soul and making one reluctant to leave.
Besides its captivating natural scenery and unique culture, the people here are also genuine and gentle, just like the sea of their homeland. In this coastal region, some people have dedicated their entire lives to the sea; many families have two or three generations working in the fishing industry. And then, in this very same coastal area, some sons and daughters of the fishing village have nurtured bigger dreams, boldly putting aside their oars and abandoning fishing to invest in tourism development. The simple smiles and unpretentious stories of the fishermen and those involved in tourism here make the Hai Hoa coastal region even more welcoming and endearing.
Many people liken the Hai Hoa coastal area to a rough gem that needs meticulous polishing and shaping to reveal its sparkling brilliance and elevate its aspirations. Perhaps that's true, but it's not the whole story. Because amidst the hustle and bustle, what evokes the most fond memories in visitors are the original values that have been and are being preserved in the gentle sound of the waves, in the movement of time, the rhythm of everyday life, and the unique local culture...
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai (25 years old) and her group of friends from Hanoi visited Hai Hoa beach for two days. Ms. Mai said this wasn't her first time experiencing Thanh Hoa's coastal tourism. She had previously had many fond memories of the famous Sam Son beach. "This time at Hai Hoa beach, my friends and I were truly impressed with the natural scenery, services, and prices. Most importantly, Hai Hoa gave us a peaceful, comfortable feeling – perfect for relaxing and healing," Ms. Mai said.
The 2026 beach tourism season marks a significant transformation in Hai Hoa's beach tourism. Infrastructure and technical facilities serving tourism have received significant investment, moving towards a synchronized and modern approach. Lush green coconut trees have been planted along pathways, creating a continuous scenic axis. Environmental sanitation, security, and safety for tourists are prioritized, along with building an image of a civilized and friendly tourist area. Tourism promotion programs have also been intensified on digital platforms, contributing to spreading the beauty of Hai Hoa beach to a wider audience.
In particular, the success of the Hai Hoa Beach Tourism Festival 2026 with the theme "Hai Hoa Beach Sings - Aspiration to Reach Further" has demonstrated the responsible efforts of the local government and the joint contributions of the business community and the people in developing their coastal homeland.
“To ensure the sustainable development of tourism in Hai Hoa, the ward government is committed to continuously improving the investment and business environment, creating favorable conditions for investors to explore and implement tourism projects; at the same time, strengthening management, ensuring security and order, environmental hygiene, and building the image of Hai Hoa as a safe, friendly, and attractive tourist destination.” This was stated by the head of the Tinh Gia Ward People's Committee, Dang Van Quang, at the Hai Hoa Beach Tourism Festival 2026, thereby further opening up confidence, motivation, and aspirations for the Hai Hoa coastal area...
