Administrative inspection, detection of subjects illegally storing drugs

On the afternoon of November 26, Long Xuyen Ward Police (An Giang Province) announced that they were temporarily detaining Tran Ngoc Son (born in 1992, residing in Dong Hung Hamlet, Long Xuyen Ward) to continue investigating the act of "Illegal possession of narcotics".

Through the work of managing the area and managing the subjects, at about 2:50 p.m. on November 25, the working group of Long Xuyen Ward Police conducted an administrative inspection of a house in Dong Hung hamlet, Long Xuyen Ward, owned by Ms. PTL (Son's mother) and discovered in Son's room 2 nylon bags containing white crystals suspected to be drugs and many tools used for illegal drug use.

At the police station, Son confessed that the evidence seized by the police was crystal meth that he had just bought for use.

The case is being further investigated, clarified and handled by Long Xuyen Ward Police according to the law.
