Reports at the working sessions showed that, in addition to the achieved results, the Communes' Associations for Promotion of Learning also encountered some difficulties such as: Lack of operating budget and Communes' Fund for Promotion of Learning; The President and Vice President of the Association are new officials, so they are still confused in leadership, direction, and preparation for the 1st Congress of the Association for Promotion of Learning, and have not yet implemented the evaluation of 5 learning models in 2025. The communes recommended that the Provincial Association soon issue guidelines on organizing the Congress and organizing professional training for the association's staff.
Speaking at the working sessions, Ms. Vu Thi Bich Viet, Chairman of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education, acknowledged the efforts of the Association for Promotion of Education in 6 communes, and shared with them in the initial stages after the merger and consolidation. At the same time, she requested that in the coming time, the communes need to: Complete the dossier on the organization of the association, fully prepare the conditions, plans and personnel to organize the 1st Congress of the Association for Promotion of Education at the commune level in the first quarter of 2026.

At the same time, complete the operating regulations of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee and the Regulations on spending the Education Promotion Fund; deploy the assessment of the 2025 learning models of the new commune and register the learning models in 2026. Schools are interested in reviewing the cases of students eligible for scholarships implemented by the Provincial Education Promotion Association.
Through practical work in the communes, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education has grasped the situation of unification and implementation of the tasks of promoting education, promoting talents, and building a learning society in the localities; at the same time, identified difficulties and obstacles to promptly propose solutions, ensuring that the system of the 2-level Association for Promotion of Education operates smoothly and effectively.
On this occasion, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education presented 100 free lifetime library cards to students of Tan Trinh Secondary School.
