Timely repair and handle the damage and degradation of the Cau Da Villa relic

On November 10, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee announced the conclusion of comrade Nguyen Long Bien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at the meeting to listen to the report on the proposal to repair and restore the Cau Da Villa relic (Nha Trang ward).

Accordingly, in order to promptly remedy and handle the damage and degradation of the relic while waiting for the handling of issues related to the Bao Dai Luxury Resort Project according to regulations, comrade Nguyen Long Bien assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to direct the Provincial Cultural Heritage Conservation Center, according to its functions and responsibilities, to regularly inspect, protect and manage the relic; prevent termites, clean up the environment, trim trees, reinforce and repair items to avoid damage and degradation.

In the long term, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance and relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities to urgently research, develop specific plans and solutions, advise on reports and propose the implementation of the Project to Repair and Restore the Cau Da Villa relic to ensure feasibility, efficiency and compliance with regulations. In particular, it is important to clarify the plans and solutions for investment, exploitation, management and use of traffic infrastructure and technical infrastructure serving the activities of the relic related to the Bao Dai High-class Resort Project (this is a project awaiting processing by the competent authority and has not yet been implemented). By November 30, the Provincial People's Committee must report on the implementation of assigned tasks.

In addition, comrade Nguyen Long Bien assigned the Provincial People's Committee Office to advise and organize a site inspection of the Cau Da Villa relic and work with Khanh Ha Investment Joint Stock Company, along with relevant agencies and units to listen to reports and agree on the management and use of technical infrastructure serving the relic and the project.
