Kon Tum approves investment policy for power transmission project worth nearly 78 billion VND

The 110KV Dak Choong - Dak Glei transmission line project with a total investment capital of nearly 78 billion VND has just been approved by the Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee in principle, and at the same time approved Dak Krin Hydropower Joint Stock Company as the investor.

Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the investment policy and approving the investor to join the Dak Choong - Dak Glei 110KV transmission line project.

Accordingly, the investor approved by the Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee is Dak Krin Hydropower Joint Stock Company, headquartered in Dak Choong commune, Dak Glei district, Kon Tum province.

The 110kV Dak Choong - Dak Glei transmission line project aims to transmit and distribute electricity. The 110kV Dak Choong - Dak Glei transmission line is about 24 km long and has an output at the 110kV transformer station.

The project has a total investment capital of nearly 78 billion VND, of which 100% is contributed by the owner, the capital contribution progress is according to the project implementation progress, the operation period is 50 years, from the date the State decides to allocate land, lease land, and decide to change the land use purpose. The project implementation progress is from June 2025 to December 2027.

Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee assigned the investor to complete relevant legal procedures in accordance with regulations; be responsible for implementing the project in accordance with the committed objectives, contents and progress; comply with current legal regulations on investment, construction, land, industry and trade, forestry, environment, minerals, labor, financial obligations and other relevant regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Finance, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Industry and Trade, Dak Glei District People's Committee and related units according to their assigned functions and tasks to regularly monitor, inspect and urge investors to carry out procedures related to the project to ensure the prescribed progress; promptly handle or advise competent authorities to handle contents related to the project in accordance with the provisions of law.
