Signing of the Regulations on coordination to support and promote business development in the period 2025

Attending the conference were comrade Tran Van Dung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Finance, and Business Associations of Dong Thap and Tay Ninh provinces.

At the conference, the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 13 Branch, the Department of Industry and Trade of Dong Thap Province, the Department of Finance of Dong Thap Province, the Department of Industry and Trade of Tay Ninh Province, the Department of Finance of Tay Ninh Province, and the Association of Enterprises of Tay Ninh Province signed a Coordination Regulation to enhance connection and information exchange between the Banking - Finance - Industry and Trade sector and the business community.

The signing aims to promptly implement support policies, create a favorable business environment, help businesses access official credit sources with reasonable interest rates, especially small and medium enterprises, start-ups, innovation and digital transformation enterprises... promote credit growth in production and business sectors and fields.

According to the Regulations, the units will coordinate to provide information related to enterprises; socio- economic situation, development orientation and local support policies; information on export markets, trade promotion, risk warnings by industry; and legal regulations on foreign exchange management, gold, currency and banking activities related to the operations of enterprises.

In addition, the units agreed to coordinate to grasp and handle the opinions and difficulties of enterprises in the field of credit and banking activities. The State Bank Branch, Region 13, plays the role of focal point to receive, handle or organize inter-sectoral meetings to resolve difficulties and problems of enterprises; at the same time, make recommendations to competent authorities on issues beyond their authority to resolve.

The Regulation also stipulates the coordination of organizing conferences connecting banks and businesses to promptly record the needs and recommendations from the business communities of the two provinces in implementing solutions to accompany and support the business community in sustainable development.

In addition, at the conference, to specify the content of the Coordination Regulations, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam - Bac Long An Branch also proactively connected and accompanied customers to reach an agreement to sign a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Thang Loi Group.

In particular, the credit limit of VND 2,800 billion is granted for The Win City project in Duc Hoa commune, Tay Ninh province (with a maximum loan balance of VND 1,400 billion, the financial obligation guarantee of the Investor for buyers of the project's products is VND 1,400 billion); at the same time, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam - Bac Long An Branch will provide banking products and services with preferential and reasonable interest rates and costs for customers.
