Disciplinary warning for former Director of Department of Science and Technology of Kon Tum province

The Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission concluded: During her tenure as Director of the Department of Science and Technology (from 2013 to 2018), Ms. Tran Thi Tuyet was assigned as the investor of the Project "Improving the capacity of the Kon Tum Provincial Center for Technical Standards, Metrology and Quality" and committed the following shortcomings and violations: Failure to comply with legal regulations on asset valuation procedures and in the process of organizing the implementation of construction investment projects, such as preparing bidding documents, evaluating bidding documents, adjusting estimates, acceptance, payment and settlement, and maintenance after the project was put into use.
