According to the Organizing Committee, from November 23 to 30, the “100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs” Event Week will take place in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue City, within the framework of the activities of “National Tourism Year 2025”. This is the first time Vietnam has welcomed 13 Michelin chefs - the world's culinary elite from countries including Italy, France, England, Greece, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the United States and Taiwan (China) converging in an international culinary event.

Accompanying “100 Flavors” is the global culinary project Dinner Incredible, founded by Chef Giorgio Diana, which has made a splash in Rome, Tokyo, Singapore, and New York. With the connection of Chef Michael Bao, Vietnam becomes the next destination of the journey to discover international cuisine, not only a country rich in ingredients but also a land of heritage, culture, and creative emotions.

In the series of activities of the program, on November 26 at La Vela Saigon Hotel ( Ho Chi Minh City), the opening event will be a banquet honoring contemporary fine dining style in a luxurious 5-star space. Next, in Hue City on November 28 at Hue Times Square (5 Le Loi, Huong River bank), the program will recreate the "Royal Banquet" - a royal culinary experience combined with Nha Nhac - a world intangible cultural heritage to honor the depth of Vietnamese culinary culture.

Speaking at the reception and working session, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh emphasized: "Hue City is honored to accompany and be the destination of the event "100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs". With its deep royal culinary heritage and unique cultural traditions, Hue is committed to creating the best conditions for international chefs to sublimate their creative inspiration and spread the value of Vietnamese cuisine to the world."

The Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee affirmed: "We hope that through the fusion of world culinary quintessence and Hue identity, we will not only create unique culinary experiences, but also open up new directions of development, making Hue one of the culinary - cultural - tourism centers of the Asian region."

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh shared his expectation: “13 Michelin chefs are cultural and creative ambassadors. The presence of 13 chefs in Hue is an affirmation that the heritage city not only preserves the past, but is also ready to integrate, innovate and create the future."

The representative of the Organizing Committee of the event “100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs” expressed his appreciation for the welcome of Hue city. At the same time, he emphasized: “The gathering of 13 Michelin chefs in Vietnam is a journey for the world to discover the beauty of Vietnamese cuisine through the creative and sophisticated eyes of the top. Hue is a wonderful destination, because this place bears the mark of the royal palace, of royal music, of royal parties passed down through many generations”.
