Deposit 3 billion and receive up to 122.5 million VND in interest after 7 months
To quickly calculate savings interest, readers apply the formula:
Interest = Deposit x savings interest rate (%)/12 months x actual number of months of deposit.
For example, you deposit 3 billion in savings for a 7-month term at Bank B with an interest rate of 7.0%/year. The interest is calculated as follows:
Interest = 3 billion x 7.0%/12 months x 7 months = 122.5 million VND.
For example, you deposit 3 billion in savings for 7 months at Bank B with an interest rate of 5%/year. The interest is calculated as follows:
Interest = 3 billion x 5.0%/12 months x 7 months = 87.5 million VND.
