This activity is part of the program to support digital transformation for small and medium enterprises, business households, and cooperatives in Thua Thien Hue province until 2025.
Mr. Le Van Cuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, shared that in November 2022, ChatGPT was launched. This application can chat, answer fluently and fully all questions that users ask in just a few seconds. However, besides the benefits that ChatGPT brings, there are also many worrying issues. Therefore, for ChatGPT to truly be a "companion" of businesses, each business first needs to clearly understand the capabilities and applications of ChatGPT to know the impacts and benefits it brings. That is also the desire of those who work in business support to help businesses optimize their business models and better adapt to modern business trends.
At the workshop, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nam shared to help businesses understand ChatGPT, how it works and its role in business and marketing; use ChatGPT to triple business activities, specifically in content creation, marketing, customer care, and data analysis. Guide businesses to apply ChatGPT to optimize content (SEO) and increase customer interaction; use ChatGPT to automate customer care, answer questions, send notifications and keep in touch with customers effectively.
